O’Farrell
A 40-year-old unit, reborn as a modern kitchen
This San Francisco project started with a 40-year-old unit in need of a fresh, modern touch. The homeowners found us online, looking to remodel their outdated kitchen, and we delivered — remodeling the entire space with new flooring, updated walls, modern lighting, and a sleek new kitchen design. The client was so happy with the result that he went on to recommend us to two of his friends.
A dated kitchen that no longer fit modern living
This 40-year-old San Francisco unit had a dated kitchen with worn cabinetry, poor lighting, and a layout that no longer suited modern living. The space lacked flow, functionality, and visual appeal, making it feel closed-in and disconnected from the rest of the home. Flooring was aged, lighting was dim and inefficient, and there was minimal counter space to support the client's lifestyle.

An open, contemporary kitchen built around an oversized island
We completely reimagined the space — opening up the layout and installing an oversized island that added both functionality and seating. Modern, full-height cabinetry was custom-installed to maximize storage, while integrated and recessed lighting created a bright, contemporary ambiance. We upgraded the flooring with clean, light-toned wood planks to visually expand the space and unify it with the adjacent areas. Matte quartz countertops with dramatic veining became the centerpiece, paired with minimalist hardware and sleek stainless-steel appliances. The transformation went beyond aesthetics — electrical was updated for code and convenience, and walls were refinished for a flawless finish. The result feels brand new and ready to entertain — and it made such an impression that the client referred us to two more homeowners.
