At Rhino Builders, we're — among other things — kitchen remodeling specialists. A young family that had just moved to California from out of state found us online and reached out to remodel their kitchen in Lafayette. We were glad to take on the project and help them feel at home in their new space. They worked closely with our in-house designer throughout the process, which made it easier to bring their vision to life and ensure every detail felt just right.

Our kitchen remodelers in Lafayette worked closely with the homeowners and our in-house kitchen designer to understand their goals — a kitchen that blended comfort with style. We redesigned the layout for better circulation and introduced custom cabinetry to maximize storage, including a built-in coffee station and a dedicated pet nook. A large island with a striking marble-look countertop became the central gathering point for cooking, casual meals, and conversation. To improve light and ambiance, we installed skylights, layered pendant lighting, and bright finishes that amplify natural light. The result is a warm, functional, modern kitchen tailored to a young family's lifestyle — thoughtful details and a design-first approach that made them feel right at home.
