A home addition for a family who loved their neighborhood and didn't want to leave. Instead of selling, they chose to expand — adding 800 square feet that now include a spacious living room, home gym, office, and a poolside bathroom. We also built their dream pool, creating the perfect indoor-outdoor flow for relaxation and entertaining. The entire project was completed with precision and speed in just three and a half months.
A loved home that had outgrown its family
The family loved their neighborhood and didn't want to move — but their home no longer met their growing needs. Space was limited, and the layout lacked areas for work, fitness, and relaxation. They also wanted to enhance their backyard experience, but the existing structure didn't support an indoor-outdoor lifestyle. A full remodel would take too long, and moving wasn't an option.

We proposed a strategic 800 sq ft addition that seamlessly blended with the original structure while introducing entirely new zones for modern living — a spacious living room for family gatherings, a dedicated home office, a full gym, and a poolside bathroom for easy access from outdoors. At the same time, we designed and built a custom pool with a smooth indoor-outdoor transition. Large sliders and smart layout planning helped the flow feel natural, open, and perfect for entertaining. Despite the scope, the entire project — from framing to finishes — was completed in just 3.5 months with precise coordination across trades.
