We proposed a strategic 800 SQFT addition that seamlessly blended with the original structure while introducing entirely new zones for modern living. The plan included a spacious living room for family gatherings, a dedicated home office, a full gym, and a poolside bathroom for easy access from outdoors.

Simultaneously, we designed and built a custom pool with a smooth indoor-outdoor transition. Large sliders and smart layout planning helped the flow feel natural, open, and perfect for entertaining. Despite the scope, the entire project — from framing to finishes — was completed in just 3.5 months with precise coordination across trades.
